on the 1st, i felt pretty gross with the start of some cold symptoms. that night, i ate 5 cloves of raw garlic, had a few tbspns of braggs apple cider vinegar, and had an emergen-c packet. the next morning, i woke up feeling MUCH better and had another emergen-c with 2 more raw cloves of garlic on a bagel. and all of my symptoms totally disappeared! who needs medicine when you’ve got vitamin-c and garlic?
